Abstract
The descriptive method of research was used in the study. A total of 82 respondents were chosen using convenience sampling technique. The researchers used a self-made questionnaire. Data was analyzed using frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test of independent means and ANOVA (Analysis of Variance). Based on the findings of this study, the following conclusions were drawn: (1) Most of the respondents were ages 26-35, male, with a length of service of 5 years and below, married and had a monthly household income of P8,001-P15,000; (2) Respondents practiced radiation protection standards, in particular the principles of justification, optimization, dose limitations, and in general, to a very great extent; (3) The respondents’ demographic variables namely age, gender, length of service, civil status, and socio-economic status are not associated in the practice of radiation protection standards.
