Abstract
The descriptive method of research was used. A total of 205 senior high school students were chosen as respondents using purposive sampling. The researchers adapted the research questionnaire of Ariola et al. (2007) entitled “The Level of Awareness of Selected 4th Yr. High School Students on Radiologic Technology as a Paramedic Course’. Data was analyzed using frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, T-test of independent means, Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and descriptive method. The following were concluded from the findings: (1) Most of the respondents were female, belongs to 15-16 year old with a family income of above P30,000.00; (2) The respondents were aware to a moderate extent regarding radiologic technology as an allied health program; (3) The respondents have the same level of awareness regarding radiologic technology as an allied health program when they are grouped according to gender and age; (4) There was a significant difference on the level of awareness of the respondents regarding radiologic technology as an allied health program when grouped according to monthly family income.
