Abstract
This study used the descriptive-survey approach. Using convenience sampling technique, a total of 68 respondents were included in the study. The researchers created a questionnaire to gather the necessary data to determine the factors affecting the job performance of radiologic technologists in selected hospitals in Cavite based from the instrument of Garing et al. (2004) for the factors affecting the clinical performance and Herrera (1994) for the performance evaluation. Statistical treatments utilized were frequency distribution, mean, t-test and f-test or one way ANOVA. Based on the findings from this study, the following conclusions were derived: (1) Majority of the radiologic technologists in selected hospitals in Cavite were 26 years old, male, married, earning more than P10,000 and had worked for 1-5 years; (2) The overall mean job performance of radiologic technologists in selected hospitals in Cavite was 4.27, which indicates that the radiologic technologists have a very satisfactory performance in general; (3) The job performance of radiologic technologists in selected hospitals in Cavite had no relation to age, civil status and length of service; (4) There was a relationship in the job performance of the radiologic technologists in selected hospitals in Cavite when they are grouped according to gender and socio-economic status.
