Abstract
The research involved descriptive case study. The respondents were limited to five (5) women who had experiences of abuse. The interview with the respondents was accomplished using researcher-made interview questions. The study generated the following conclusions: (1) the women possess very good psychological well-being; (2) in terms of the following dimensions of psychological well-being, the women of Sandigan and Kanlungan Centre Foundation manifested the following: (a) autonomy, (b) purpose in life, (c) environmental mastery, (d) self-acceptance, (e) positive relations with others and (f) personal growth.
