Abstract
This is a qualitative type of study that aimed to determine the socio-demographic profile of the administrators of CRS as to age, gender, years of service as an administrator, educational background and administrative position and to determine the perceptions of the readiness of the administrators of CRS in implementing an OBE in terms of administrative organization, administrative performance and public relations. Convenience sampling was used to select the population of the study. Semi-structured interviews and recordings were used. Data was analyzed through thematic analysis. The overall result revealed that the six (6) administrators perceived that the college is ready for OBE as to administrative organization, administrative performance and public relations.
