Abstract
This is a descriptive quantitative type of study that involved PT interns of batch 2015 of De La Salle Health Sciences Institute. Their level of acceptance was assessed in terms of eight (8) domains namely: frequent use, complexity, user-friendliness, support on the technical aspect, well-integration of various functions, consistency, confidence in using the system and quick understanding of the interfaces used in the system. Simple random sampling was utilized in the study. Twenty (20) PT interns who attended orientation before using the proposed system were surveyed using a System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire that contains 10 questions and interpreted using a 5 point Likert Scale. Data was analyzed using frequency distribution and mean. The overall mean score was 3.12 and interpreted as undecided. The researchers conclude that the newly proposed Electronic Medical Record still needs improvement due to the undecided response of the 20 respondents.
