The objective of the study is to explore the lived experiences of Physical Therapy students in a Higher Education Institute (HEI) in Region IV-A during online learning amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a qualitative study that follows a phenomenological research design. The participants of this study involved 2nd year to 4th year students of Physical Therapy at an HEI in Region IV-A, specifically, those who have experienced the institution’s online learning program full-time. The researchers, ncluding the research assistant, interviewed 12 respondents that fit with the included criteria with a voice call on Zoom that ranged from 30 minutes to an hour. Investor triangulation was done in order to ensure the data that had been gathered was valid. The themes that emerged from the interviews were the following; (1) Impact of Pandemic Towards the Use of Information Communication Technology, (2) Experiences during the COVID-19 Pandemic, (3) Student Learning Style, and (4) Factors Affecting Online Learning during the Pandemic. Based on the themes, it was revealed that the COVID-19 pandemic has a significant effect on the academic and personal lives of the students, their teaching - learning atmosphere, and also towards ICT and learning management system (LMS). This study will provide insights and understanding regarding the lived experiences of Physical Therapy students in an HEI in Region IV-A during online learning amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
