Abstract
e researchers used descriptive design using the survey technique. A self-made questionnaire distributed to six (6) respondents were coaches/ trainers, who applied taping by school members of ICCUA chosen through simple quota sampling. The data from the questionnaire tallied, tabulated, and analyzed. Data gathered and interpreted using frequency percentage and mean. Based on the findings, the researchers concluded (1) five (5) out of six (6) claimed to be knowledgeable on taping but sad to mention that not even one did not know the indications for taping and only half know the contraindications. (2) Four (4) or (67%) know the taping material used in taping. (3) Only two (2) or (33%) know the common technique of knee application. (4) Researchers concluded that trainers have a very little amount of knowledge regarding basic principles and techniques about taping.
