Fifty-six (56) physical therapists who work as a clinician in the affiliated centers of De La Salle Health Sciences Institute participated in the study. Respondents were identified using total population sampling. The researchers used a 5-point Likert scale modified questionnaire which was derived from the stroke rehabilitation guideline. Frequency and mean were utilized in data analysis. The research yielded very high level of adherence in terms of post-stroke medical complication; high level of adherence in terms of inpatient and outpatient stroke rehabilitation, secondary prevention of stroke, LE and UE intervention post stroke shoulder pain, cognitive, perceptual disorder and dyspraxia, dysphagia and aspiration, community based rehabilitation and integration; moderate level of adherence in terms of aphasia; and low level of adherence in terms of depression. All of the respondents have a highest educational attainment of Bachelor of Sciences in Physical Therapy. Although all age groups (22-35 years old) showed high levels of adherence, there was higher level of adherence of ages 34-35 years old. Both gender groups also showed moderate and high adherence levels with a highest mean score of those who worked for eight (8) to nine (9) years and those who handled 50-100 patients. In conclusion, this study showed an overall high adherence level of the respondents in following PARM stoke rehabilitation guideline and that female graduates of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy aged 34-35 who have handled 50-100 patients and have worked for eight (8) to nine (9) years in the affiliated centers of De La Salle Health Sciences Institute have the highest level of adherence to the PARM stroke rehabilitation guideline.
