Numerous factors affect the study habits of each student such as study hours, time and frequency of studying, one's posture while studying , the persons whom a student study with and study technique. By determining and comparing the study habits of PT students and their academic performances, the students were given awareness for good practice. The instrument was distributed to 60 respondents were DLSU-College of PT during the school year '95-'96 with the top 15 students of the 3rd and 4th year and 15 students with failing grades of the same batches chosen through simple quota sampling. Data were gathered and interpreted using frequency percentage and mean. The study constitutes 36.3% of the total population of the 3rd and 4th year students. The results of the study showed a difference in study habits between students with good and poor grades. The study habits of the students with good marks were as follows: (1) They use the earlier part of their study time. (2) They take down notes during lectures. (3) They study everyday.
