Abstract
Life is God's gift to us and have to use this life in the most that we can be, so that in return God really created what is humanly right within us. Indeed human nature insights us not to hate but to love, urges us not to receive but to give and prompts us not to destroy but to create. Interpersonal violence accounts for 12% of the reported cases of traumatic brain injury (TBI) which may produce mild to severe disability or even coma and death. A life after death must have a good follow-up on how can cope up with her daily activities, as to live and ultimately regain a normal life as possible and for us to monitor the patient's condition and effectively regain a normal life as possible and for us to monitor the patient's condition and effectivity of home program. For this very reason, this case of LL., a 43 year old married hypertensive, non-DM, right-handed, balut vendor female patient from Trece Martires City, Cavite, with the diagnosis of Acute epidural hematoma, right parietal area with open, depressed comminuted fracture right parietal area secondary to mauling status post craniotomy, is being presented. And after which to reevaluate the patient and determine the progression or regression after discharge from rehabilitation and recommend specific home modifications to maximize the patient's welfare. To the patient, the researchers highly recommend her to continue with the self-stretching exercises as taught to her by her physical therapist. Also, advised to continue applying to hot compress as long as there is pain.
