Abstract
This is a descriptive study on the 5 most common rehabilitation cases found in the Stress Clinic Imus, Cavite from January 2000 to December 2000. The study was able to identify the 5 most common rehabilitative cases, which are: (1) Cerebrovascular Accident (2) Myofascial Pain Syndrome (3) Low Back Pain (4) Muscle strain (5) Frozen shoulder . From the review of patients records, out of 147 rehabilitative cases gathered, 10 were identified as the 5 most common rehabilitative cases. The data ( diagnosis, age, sex, civil status) from patients records were gathered , organized, tabulated and analyzed so that results were drawn. The information obtained are necessary and helpful for future researchers since it may serve as a baseline data in doing a future study regarding the 5 most common rehabilitive cases found in the Stress Clinic Imus, Cavite. The researchers therefore recommend future researchers to conduct another disability study in The Stress Clinic to know whether the 5 most common cases identified from January 2000 to December 2000 would still be predominant in the succeeding years.
