Abstract
This is a descriptive study. There were 17 respondents selected through convenience sampling: ten (10) locally, mainly coming from Rehabilitation Centers in Cavite, Alabang, Tagaytay and Batangas and seven (7) internationally, mainly coming from United States of America, Dubai and London. A survey questionnare was based from the study of Donato (2004) and Sole (2012). Data was analyzed by tallying the figures, creating of F-distribution tables and calculating the mean values. The overall results showed that graduates, both locally and internationally, were rated by the respondents as highly competent, specifically highest in terms of professional ethics and responsibilities and significantly least in terms of administrative, research and creativity skills.
