Abstract
The study utilized a qualitative-descriptive research design and used a self-made interview guide as the research instrument to facilitate the interview for data gathering. The study was conducted in the City of Dasmariñas, Cavite. The respondents of the study were the City Engineer, the Department of Education Office of the Schools Division Superintendent, and the Rural Health Unit Officer of the City of Dasmariñas, Cavite. The data were analyzed and interpreted using content analysis and thematic analysis in order to generate the themes. The researchers came up with a universal theme of ―implemented but on a limited capacity‖. Moreover, the researchers determined the factors affecting the implementation of R.A. 7277 as to Education, Health and Accessibility as supported by subthemes such as the "adequate supply of programs for PWD", "strict implementation of programs", and "proper implementation of programs" in the City of Dasmarinas, Cavite. The study concluded that R.A. 7277 as to Education, Health and Accessibility components are being implemented but on a limited capacity due to adequate supply of prgrams for PWD, strict implementation of programs and proper implementation of programs.
