Abstract
The final concentration ranges of fluconazole and Moringa oleifera used were 0.0225μg/μL - 18.7μL and 75μg/μL - 1250μg/μL, respectively. The plate was incubated at 35°C for 20 hours. Optical density was measured on the absorbance at 492 nm using FLUOstar Omega Microplate Reader. The study concluded that there is a synergistic antifungal activity between Floconazole and Moringa oleifera leaf extracts at certain combined concentrations evaluated using checkerboard assay.
