Abstract
The research design used in this study is the quantitative descriptive survey design. The researchers' sampling method used was cluster probability sampling, considering the different schools in Cavite as different clusters. The research instrument used adapted parts of the School Function Assessment (SFA) questionnaire. The researchers utilized statistical tests such as measure of central tendency and use of frequency distribution table. From the surveyed participants in selected schools in Cavite, the researcher's found that there is significant participation in sports activities among adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders. Participation in different settings showed modified full participation along with little to no need for assistance or adaptations, and lastly, they were able to perform the sports activity consistently in terms of the physical and cognitive components of the activity.
