Abstract
This study utilized descriptive quantitative design. The respondents of the study composed of one hundred third and fourth year female high school students from Dasmariñas National High School-Main. Probability simple random sampling method was used in identifying the respondents. Tool used was a self-made questionnaire and data was analysed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Majority of the respondents of this study belonged to 15-16 years old group and have an older woman with them in the household. The over-all awareness indicated that the high school students in the City of Dasmariñas, Cavite have a low level of awareness on Pre-menstrual Syndrom. There was no significant difference in the level of awareness on premenstrual syndrome among high school students in the City of Dasmariñas, Cavite when the respondents were categorized according to age and presence of an older woman in the household.
