Abstract
The primary purpose of this study is to determine the coping strategies of staff nurses at De La Salle University Medical Center. B.Specific a.To identify the profile of the respondents when they are grouped according to age, gender, civil status, clinical area, and year/s of clinical experience at DLSUMC. b.To determine the coping strategies of the staff nurses at De La Salle University Medical Center. c.To determine the significant difference on the coping strategies of the staff nurses at De La Salle University Medical Center when they are grouped according to age, gender, civil status, clinical area, and year/s of clinical experience at DLSLUMC. The study was conducted at De La Salle University Medical Center in Dasmariñas, Cavite, the staff nurses of the said hospital are the respondents of the study. With the use of purposive sampling, the researchers identified 100 staff nurses as respondents of the study. The variable under study was the coping strategies of staff nurses at DLSUMC.
