Abstract
The study aimed to determine the level of awareness of post-menopausal women in the early screening test for osteoporosis in selected communities of Dasmariñas, Cavite. SPECIFIC Specially, this study sought answers to the following: 1.The profile of the respondents when they are grouped according to socio-economic status, educational attainment and number of children; 2.The level of awareness of port-menopausal women regarding osteoporosis; 3.The level of awareness of post-menopausal women regarding prevention of osteoporosis; 4.The level of awareness of post-menopausal women in the early screening test for osteoporosis; 5.The level of awareness of post-menopausal women regarding the importance of early screening test for osteoporosis; and 6.The significant difference in the level of awareness of post-menopausal women when they are grouped according to socio-economic status, educational attainment and number of children
