Abstract
The researchers used descriptive, non-experimental research. Purposive sampling was used in selection of the respondents. One hundred (100) respondents were included in the study and selected 25 tricycle drivers from each tricycle driver’s association in Dasmarinas, Cavite. The instrument used was a modified-adapted questionnaire composed of 20 questions. The following statistical treatments were utilized to interpret the data: a) f-test, b) frequency distribution, c) mean, d) percentage, and e) t-test. The study concluded that, 1) All of the 100 respondents are male and most of them are Catholics. Majority of them attained secondary level of education, married, paying boundary and have a monthly income of P5,001 and above; 2) The findings reveal that respondents moderately used different stress management techniques like a balanced diet, exercise, relaxation and spiritual management; 3) Management techniques among tricycle drivers are not affected by age, gender, civil status, educational attainment, family income and type of tricycle dirver’s category, but are affected by religion and monthly income.
