Abstract
This study utilized the descriptive method of quantitative research. Using convenience sampling, the subject of the study was composed of 100 respondents from call centers located in Teletech Makati, Teletech Pasig and Convergys Alabang. The instrument used to gather the necessary data was a modified-adapted questionnaire. Data was analyzed through frequency distribution, f-test, mean, percentage distribution, standard deviation and t-test. The study concluded that, 1) Majority of the respondents are 22-24 years old, female, single, call center agents, working for 1-2 years and earning around P15,000.00-P20,000.00 a month; 2) Registered nurses working in call centers are very satisfied with their job; 3) The level of job satisfaction of respondents working in call centers has no significant difference when grouped according to age, gender, civil status, position, and length of service. However, the level of job satisfaction of registered nurses working in call centers has a significant difference when grouped according to their monthly income.
