Abstract
The study used the descriptive method. The subjects were 44 nursing educators of De La Salle University-Aguinaldo and 36 institutional nurses of De La Salle University Medical Center, which comprised the total population. A standard questionnaire with adopted checklist served as the research instrument. Data was computed and analyzed through mean and t-test. The study concluded that the level of job satisfaction of the nursing educators is markedly higher than the institutional nurses. Nursing educators were generally satisfied on the hygiene factors while institutional nurses were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with regards to supervision, salary and company policy and administration.
