The treatment group had a moderate compliance before post-operative instruction and very high compliance after the post-operative instruction; 3) There was a significant difference in the compliance lifestyle modification of respondents before post-operative instructions between the treatment and comparison group and after post-operative instructions between the treatment and comparison group. There was no significant difference in the compliance to lifestyle modification of respondents before and after post-operative instructions on the comparison group. There was a significant difference in the compliance to lifestyle modification of respondents before and after post-operative instructions on the treatment group.
