Abstract

This study utilized the non-experimental descriptive type of research design, specifically summative evaluative design. One hundred twenty-six (126) nursing students Batch 2005 were selected as respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using an adapted questionnaire from Checklist of Nursing Procedures by Papa (2003). Statistical tools employed were relative frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The study concluded that, 1) Most of the respondents are female and Catholic; 2) The level of the clinical experience of nursing students Batch 2005 of De La Salle-Health Sciences Campus was moderate; 3) Gender and religious affiliation were not determinants of the level of the clinical experiences of the nursing student Batch 2005 of De La Salle-Health Sciences Campus.
