The statistical treatments utilized were frequency, percentage, mean, t-test and F-test or Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The study concluded that, from the 60 staff nurses who have handled cancer patients, most of them belonged to early adulthood with ages ranging from 21-26 years old. There were more female staff nurses than male. Most of the respondents have been in the service for more than a year.
