Attitude of the respondents in integrating reproductive health in the care of clients with Medical-Surgical condition. 4. If there are significant differences in the level of knowledge of the respondents when grouped according to sex and religion. 5. If there are significant differences in the attitude of the respondents when grouped according to sex and religion.

Methodology This study utilized a Non-Experimental Descriptive-Analytical Research Design to determine the knowledge and attitude of third year nursing students in integrating Reproductive Health in the care of clients with Medical-Surgical Conditions and to determine if there is significant difference in the level of knowledge and attitude when the respondents are grouped according to sex and religion. The sample size was computed using One Proportion Z-Test, and the researchers were able to gather 180 respondents for the study. A 30-item self-made questionnaire was utilized which was composed of two parts. First, for the Level of Knowledge that was answered by True or False and second, for the Attitude that was answered by 5-Point Likert Scale.

Major Findings The following findings were drawn from the study: 1. The majority of the respondents are Females with 137 respondents (76.11%) and Catholic with 146 respondents (81.11%). 2. The major findings revealed that the third year nursing students have a Very Good Knowledge regarding integrating reproductive health in the care of clients with medical-surgical conditions with a total percentage of 86.11%. 3. The third year nursing students have a Highly Positive Attitude as indicated in the overall mean score of 4.33 with a standard deviation of 0.59. 4. There is no significant difference in the level of knowledge of the third year nursing students in terms of sex t (df = 178) = 0.9485 with a p-value = 0.3442 and in terms of religion catholic t (178) = -1.0415 with p-value = 0.2991, the null hypothesis was accepted as the p-value for sex and catholic was greater than the value of level of significance of 0.05. 5. There is a significant difference in the attitude of the third year nursing students in terms of sex t = 2.73 with a p-value = 0.0061, the null hypothesis was rejected as the p-value was less than the value of level of significance of 0.05. However, there is no significant difference in terms of religion t = -0.456 with a p-value = 0.6486, the null hypothesis was accepted.

Conclusion After careful analysis of the findings of the research the following conclusions were drawn: 1. The profile revealed that most of the respondents are female regular nursing students and the majority are Catholic. 2. The respondents reflected a very good level of knowledge. 3. The respondents showed a highly positive attitude. 4. There is no significant difference upon testing the respondents level of knowledge when grouped according to sex and religion. 5. There is a significant difference upon testing the respondents attitude when grouped according to sex. The results revealed that female nursing students have a highly positive attitude than males. However, no significant differences were found in the attitude of the nursing students when grouped according to religion.
