Abstract
The study utilized a correlational analytical design to determine the correlation between nursing students’ profiles and soft skills attributes during their clinical exposure. A simple random sampling technique, through an online number generator, was used to obtain 24 specific class numbers from the sample size of 163. Furthermore, the instrument of the study was an adapted questionnaire from the study of Chipchase et al. (2012). Data was analyzed through frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Kruskall Wallis H Test and Chi-squares Test. From the findings of this study, the following conclusions were drawn: Most of the respondents are female, Roman Catholic with an income ranging from ₱76,770 - ₱131,484 belonging to the upper middle class. The respondents felt that they demonstrated an above-average performance in terms of communication and interaction, personal attributes, interpersonal skills, and knowledge and understanding. It is also concluded that they do not differ in demonstrating the soft skills nor do they have a relationship with their profile.
