Abstract
A descriptive method was employed the study. The subjects were composed of 50 respondents in the community of Sta. FE, DBB-B, which is located in Dasmariñas, Cavite using the quota sampling method. The instrument used was a questionnaire supplement with record review and with personal interview with the client. The Percentage formula will be utilized for computing the result. The researcher came up with the following findings: 1.) There were different solid wastes that considered as garbage in the environment. 2.) Majority of the respondents had a practice of just throwing garbage in the surroundings, and others practice of burning them. 3.) Majority of the respondents revealed that they were too busy that brought them to wrong dumping of garbage. Others claimed that their problem was the lack of dump site and short spaces. 4.) The main effect of wrong practices of dumping garbage according to the people was the air pollution. In conclusion, the respondents differ in their ways of disposing garages that accepted the first hypothesis. Number two hypothesis was proven to be accepted that the effect of garbage disposal practices to the people were differ with one another.
