Abstract
This study is about the assessment of the under six clinic program in Bayan Luma, Imus, Cavite. Specifically this will answer the following questions: 1. How do people understand the under six clinic program in terms of its: a. Importance, b. Target, c. Service component. 2. What are the disadvantages of the under six clinic program? As could be gleaned from the findings deruved after the community health survey, the following are the conclusion. Based on the above findings majority of the respondents accepted the program for the under six clinic. Hypothesis number one A is rejected wherein majority of the respondents perceived that the target for the under six clinic. Hypothesis one B is accepted wherein majority of the respondents perceived that the target for the under six clinic can help them to understand the real purpose of the program for all the children who was aging 0-6 years. Hypothesis one C is rejected wherein the respondents differ with one another in their perception regarding the service component of the under six clinic. At last hypothesis is also rejected because all of the people who lived in the community perceived that there is no disadvantage in the under six clinic program.
