For the purpose of data gathering, answered instrument were tallied and analyzed using ANOVA and Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. The researchers found out that the majority of the commercial sex workers within the age bracket of 19 to 23 had reached high school level. Most of them abstained from sexual intercourse and came from Region 4. With the results obtained, only educational attainment had a significant difference in the perception of commercial sex workers on safe sex. After a careful analysis of the findings, the researchers concluded the following: 1) There is no significant difference on the perception of commercial sex workers about safe sex when they are grouped according to age, year of experience, method used for practicing safe sex and ethnic origin; and 2) It was observed that there is significant difference when it comes to educational attainment.
