Abstract
This is a study of fetal death between Barangay Talaba and Sapa. The study will try to find the significance different in the following contributory factors that causes fetal death in the 2 selected communities as received by the respondents. Such as : Maternal Age, economic status, accessibility of health services and formal education of the mother. Based on the result of the study, the researchers recommends that a work training program that provides for part-time employment in the institution of high learning for students of low economic families. A basic education programs for adults whose job potential is decrease because they were unable to read and write. Provides grants and loans and special assistance, basic education program for child bearing women regarding the relevance of maternal age, early marriage in the development of high risk. A "reaching out" programs by going to the family rather asking them to come and lastly, "a one step" were a variety of services are offered in a single rotation.
