Abstract
A descriptive method was used in this study. This study utilized the Quota sampling method. The main instrument used in data gathering was questionnaire made up of five questions supplemented with personal interview of the respondents. The frequency distribution and percentage was used in the data presentation and analysis of the data gathered. In the study of the different knowledge and and practices on the use of bigkis at BLISS Site Biga Silang, Cavite, it be concluded that the mothers have different knowledge and beliefs on the use of bigkis and there are also existing advantages and disadvantages on it. It was proven that the respondents have different opinion upon the use of bigkis on their babies, whether they are using it or not. Through this findings, it only proves that the hypothesis were accepted.
