Abstract
The study conducted by the researchers is a non-experimental, descriptive analysis type of design. The participants that are included in the research study are non-medical personnel of Angono Medics Hospital located in Angono, Rizal which include the security department, accounting department, dietary department, and housekeeping department with a total population of 36. Selection of the sample population was through a single-stage cluster sampling. Survey questionnaires were used for data gathering. Data was analyzed through frequency, percentage and mean. The study concluded that mostly likely to rely on the doctor's prescription on antibiotic use. The apparent increase in antibiotic use comes with the emergence of AMR bacteria, which makes sufficient knowledge on proper use important to prevent the proliferation of the bacteria.
