Abstract
Double layer agar assay is the method employed for this study and plaque were observed from the collected six (6) samples of raw sweage water. Examination via transmission electron microscopy (TEM) is also utilized for the classification of bacteriophage. Results show the presence of phage specific to MRSA, confirmed by the plaque formation due to the lytic action of the bacteriophage.
