Abstract
This study used the combination of comparative and descriptive method. Using purposive sampling technique, 80 participants were chosen in the study. Forty (40) of them came from e-cigarette smokers and 40 participants came from non-smoking population. Data was gathered through questionnaire and interview. Data was analyzed using mean, standard deviation and t-test. The results of the study found out that out of 80 samples, the highest mean value of 0.2349 ng/mL was obtained from the e-cigarette smokers and the least mean value of 0.2212 ng/mL was obtained from the non-smoker. The study concluded that the endothelin-1 level of e-cigarette smoker is higher than the endothelin-1 level of the non-smoker.
