Abstract

The research is focused on the in vivo analysis of the teratogenicity of Euphorbia hirta extract. The researchers will be using the 236 OECD zebrafish acute tonicity test in determining the teratogenicity of Euphorbia hirta extract. The study will only discuss the negative effects on the growth of the zebrafish before its maturation. The researchers will observe how the Euphorbia hirta affects the zebrafish during its embryonic stages. This study does not use in vitro analysis to analyze the teratogenicity of Euphorbia hirta extract. The researchers will not give emphasis to the positive effects of Euphorbia hirta on the growth of zebrafish in its embryonic stages.
