Abstract

The results gathered will serve as basis in assessing quality hospital care in relation to patient satisfaction. Hereafter, the total analyzation and statistical treatment of data shall be accomplished. Statistical treatment is divided into two: descriptive statistics, wherein data is summarized as a graph and inferential statistics which produce predictions and test hypotheses regarding the study. Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient is utilized wherein the strength of linear association between two variables are measured. With these the correlation between quality hospital care in relation to patient satisfaction through personal-based perspectives of the participating population of the study in De La Salle University Medical Center is identified.
