Abstract

The study used the descriptive survey method. Respondents were 100% of the population of fourth year students of College of Medical Radiation Technology composed of 48 students, excluding the researchers. Data was obtained using questionnaire and analyzed using mean, F-Test and Pearson Correlation. The following conclusions were drawn: (1) The fourth year students of College of Medical Radiation Technology of De La Salle University Health Sciences Campus SY 2000-2001 had moderately positive study habits; (2) Parent's motivation and home environment were the most significant factors assessed by the respondents; (3) The fourth year students’ study habits had no significant difference when they are grouped according to the factors affecting it; (4) All factors such as home environment, school environment, attitude towards proper studying, parent’s motivation, peer groups and teacher performance are highly correlated with study habits.
