This study employed the documentary survey method. A total of 300 adolescents were chosen as the respondents through stratified random sampling. Data was obtained using a modified adapted questionnaire. The statistical tools used were chi-square, frequency and percentage. The following conclusions were drawn: 1) Most of the respondents were 19-21years old, male, Catholic and enrolled in private schools; 2) Most of the respondents disagreed in participating in any premarital sex activities; 3) Age, gender, religion and type of school were not associated with the attitude of the respondents toward premarital sex.
