Abstract
The descriptive method was used. One hundred thirty-three (133) radiologic technologists chosen using purposive sampling served as respondents. A self-made questionnaire consisting of 30 questions based on Herzberg’s theory was utilized in data collection. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and f-test or one way ANOVA was used for data analysis. The following conclusions were drawn: 1) Majority of the respondents were male, married, 31-40 years old, with a length of service of five (5) years and above, working at private hospitals and had a gross monthly income of below P10,000; 2) Respondents were satisfied to a moderate extent in terms of hygiene and motivational factors; 3) There were no significant differences in the job satisfaction of the respondents when grouped according to age, gender, civil status, length of service and hospital category. However, job satisfaction of the respondents differed when grouped according to their monthly income.
