Abstract

In this study, the researchers used a descriptive research design and conducted in San Antonio De Padua II and Paliparan III on 2013. The respondents were from age 15-35 years old because high incidence of testicular cancer usually occurs in this age bracket. Cluster sampling was used in the study. The research instrument used was a self-made questionnaire. The obtained data was presented and interpreted using the frequency, percentage, Chi-square, mean and standard deviation. The results of the study revealed that most of the respondents belong to the age group 19 to 35 years old, reached high school and have no family history of testicular cancer; majority of the respondents is aware of testicular cancer and the respondents awareness on testicular cancer did not vary when they are grouped according to age, educational attainment and family history.
