Abstract
The study utilized the descriptive-correlational type of research. Purposive sampling and snowball sampling were utilized in selecting the respondents. The research instrument used consisted of three parts: the demographic data, MD5 Mental Ability Test by Kate Mackenzie Davey and Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) questionnaire by Danile Goleman and Richard Boyatiz.
