Abstract
This study utilized the descriptive explanatory design. The researchers distributed a checklist type of questionnaire to 32 faculty members, four (4) level coordinators and one (1) administrator. Respondents were selected through purposive sampling. Data was gathered, tabulated and analyzed using the frequency, weighted mean and ANOVA. The study concluded that there is no significant difference in the evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of nursing faculty as evaluated by the faculty members, level coordinators and administrator of De La Salle University-Aguinaldo.
