Abstract

This study used the descriptive, non-experimental design. Thirty (30) samples from each year level of nursing students were taken in random order using the fishbowl technique. A structured, self-report questionnaire was utilized as a research instrument. Data was analyzed using frequency distribution, mean and t-test. The study concluded that there is no significant difference in the problems encountered by the respondents in writing nurses' notes in the service ward and special unit in terms of content and process.
