Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, t-test and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) were used in the data analysis. The following conclusions have been arrived in this study: 1) Majority of the respondents were female, belong to 30-37 years old age group and experienced joint paint in 1-5 years; 2) The level of joint pain of the respondents before acupuncture was mild, annoying pain; 3) There was absence of joint pain among the respondents after acupuncture; 4) There were significant differences in the level of pain before and after acupuncture when the respondents were grouped according to gender, age and duration of joint pain; 5) There was a significant difference in the level of joint pain of clients before and after acupuncture.
